摘  要:本文根据新一代RZB型分量式钻孔应变仪的信号特点,设计了一种新型数据采集器。本设计采用了基于32位ARM的工控核心板以及嵌入式Windows CE操作系统作为软硬件平台,集成了总线数字信号与多通道高精度模拟信号的数据记录单元,实现了分量式钻孔应变观测系统的数据采集、存储、传输以及远程监控。实际测试表明,本采集系统具有高分辨率、低功耗等特点,主要参数指标达到了新型RZB型分量式钻孔应变观测系统信号采集要求。实际台站应用表明,本系统具有较高的可靠性和稳定性,可满足实际台站观测要求。Following the signal characteristics of a new generation RZB borehole strainmeter,the authors of this paper designed a new type data acquisition system.This design is based on the 32-bit ARM industrial core board,which has Windows CE operation system built-in.The design integrated a bus digital signal recording unit and a multi-channel high precision analog signal recording unit,realized data acquisition,storage,transmission and remote monitoring for the multi-component borehole strain observation system.The test results show that the acquisition system performs well in terms of resolution,power consumption etc.The performance of the acquisition system meets the requirements of the RZB borehole strain observation system.The results from actual observation showed that acquisition system is robust in reliability and stability and is capable of meeting the need of actual observation stations.
