摘  要:目的:比较玻璃化法与慢速程序法对人卵裂期胚胎冷冻复苏的效果.方法:将接受体外受精-胚胎移植患者的取卵周期移植后剩余的胚胎,分别进行玻璃化法或慢速程序法冷冻,比较两组胚胎解冻后的复苏率、胚胎完整率、胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率及观察非当日移植的复苏胚胎的发育潜能等指标.结果:玻璃化冷冻组的活产率均显著高于慢速程序化冷冻;玻璃化冷冻后的胚胎复苏率和胚胎完整率显著高于慢速程序化冷冻;复苏周期移植取消率显著低于慢速程序化冷冻;而临床妊娠率和种植率的差异无统计学意义.结论:玻璃化冷冻和慢速程序化冷冻相比有更高的复苏率和胚胎利用率.Objective: To compare the vitrification and slow-freezing on human embryos in cleavage. Methods: After IVF- embryo transfered in oocyte retrieval cycles, the remaining embryos were divided into a vitrification freezing group and a slow- freezing group. The embryo survival rate, implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and other indicators were compared between two methods. Results ~ The live births rates of the vitrification group were significantly higher than those of the slow- freezing group; The embryo survival rates and complete embryo rate of the vitrification group was significantly higher than those of the slow-freezing group, and the embryo transfer cancellation rate was significantly lower than that of the slow- freezing group, while the clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate was slightly higher than those of the slow-freezing group, but the difference was not statistically significant. The developmental potential of the embryos of the vitrification group was significantly better than that of the slow-freezing group. Conclusion.. The vitrification method had a higher survival rate and lower transfer cancellation rate than did the slow-freezing method. Although the implantation rate between the two groups had no significant difference, the vitrification method can preserve the developmental potential of embryos better than slow- freezing method can. These data provide further evidence that vitrification imparts less trauma to cells and is, therefore, a more effective means of cryopreserving the human embryo than conventional slow-freezing is.
