江苏苏北地区汉族群体指纹特征分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨江苏苏北地区汉族人群的指纹特征,为皮纹学、遗传学、医学研究提供参考.方法：采用油墨拓印法采集男性144名、女性169名江苏籍苏北地区健康成年人的指纹,放大镜下观察分析.结果：箕形纹52.24％,斗形纹44.85％,弓形纹2.91％,且L的分布具有明显性别差异,Lu多见于小指;Ws多见于无名指.左、右对应手指各种指纹组合格局频率为L/L（40.96％）＞W/W（34.44％）＞L/W（19.81％）＞A/L（2.81％）＞A/A（1.02％）＞A/W（0.96％）.L/L多分布于小指,W/W多分布于无名指,A/A及A/L组合在示指频率较高.对应手指同型组合频率为76.40％,十指同型的比例高达19.16％.一手五指纹型组合频率为OLW（57.35％）＞同型组合（31.79％）＞ALW（6.39％）＞ALO（3.67％）＞AOW（0.80％）.结论：江苏苏北地区汉族指纹纹型的分布具有一定的地区特点,表现出箕形纹频率高、OLW类型（一手五指纹型）频率高的倾向性,同时还表现出一定的对称性.Objective： To study the hand dermatoglyphic trait of Han nationality in northern Jiangsu area, and provide normal parameters for dermatoglyphics, genetics and medicine. Methods： Fingerprints were obtained with ink method. And the sample included 313 healthy adults of northern J iangsu area and was analyzed with magnifier. Results： The frequency of L was 52.24%, of W was 44. 85% and of A was 2.91%. The L distribution had an obvious sex difference. Lu was mainly distributed in the little fingers, while Ws in the ring fingers. In term of the distribution of the combinations of corresponding fingerprint patterns, the frequences were L/L （40.96%） 〉 W/W （34.44%） ） L/W （19.81%） 〉 A/L （2.81%） 〉 A/A （1.02%）〉A/W （0.96%）. L/L was mainly distributed in the little fingers,W/W in the ring fingers, while A/A and A/L in the index fingers. The frequency of same fingerprint pattern on the corresponding finger was up to 76.40%, and that of a person＇s two hands was 19.16 %. The frequences of combination of the fingerprint patterns in one hand were OLW （57.35 % ） 〉 combination of same types （31.79%）〉ALW （6.39%）〉 ALO （3.67%）〉 AOW （0.80%）. Conclusion： The distribution of fingerprint patterns of Han adults in northern Jiangsu area shows regional characteristics in symmetry and tendentiousness of higher frequences in L pattern and OLW type.
