摘  要:目的:通过体外试验,考察土鳖虫多肽F2-2的抗凝、抗血小板聚集与舒张血管药效。方法:以凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)、血小板聚集率、纤溶图参数与离体血管环张力等为指标,评价多肽F2-2是否具有活血化瘀的作用。结果:土鳖虫多肽F2-2具有延长家兔血浆APTT/PT/TT、降低FIB、降低血小板聚集率、延长凝血启动时间并降低最大凝固程度以及增加大鼠离体血管环张力的作用。结论:体外实验表明,多肽F2-2是中药土鳖虫的活性组分,有继续研究的价值。Objective:To investigate the activity of polypeptide F2 -2 in Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga on anticoagulant, anti -platelet aggregation and vasodilation in vitro. Methods:The effect of polypeptide F2 -2 in Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga on activating blood circulation was evaluated in vitro by taking the prothrombin time ( PT), activated partial thromboplastin time ( AFI'T), thrombin time ( TT), plasma fibrinogen ( FIB ), platelet aggregation rate, blood clots -fibrinolytic dynamic figure and vascular dilatation ratio as indexes. Re- sults: The experimental results showed that polypeptide F2 -2 was able to prolong the prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTF) and thrombin time(TF), decrease the content of Plasma fibrinogen ( FIB), decline the platelet aggregation rate and the largest of blood coagulation, and dilate the rats' artery in vitro. Conclusion : Polypeptide 172 -2 is supposed to be an activate constituent in Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga, which has a meaningful value to make a further study.
