摘  要:目的:探讨栀早颗粒对N-甲基-DL-天冬氨酸诱导性早熟大鼠血清骨钙素水平的影响。方法:采用20对同日龄SD清洁级未孕雌雄鼠配对,选用4天内出生的雌鼠60只,每组10只随机分配,除正常对照组外,其余5组用N-甲基-DL-天冬氨酸建立性早熟模型。同时,分别用亮丙瑞林和栀早颗粒高、中、低剂量对除性早熟模型组外其他4组建立性早熟模型的雌鼠进行干预,观察不同干预措施对性早熟模型大鼠血清BGP水平的影响。采用酶联免疫法检测血清LH、FSH、BGP水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,性早熟模型组的血清LH、FSH、BGP水平明显升高(P<0.05);与性早熟模型组比较,栀早颗粒高、中、低剂量组的血清BGP水平明显降低(P<0.05);正常对照组、亮丙瑞林组、栀早颗粒高、中剂量组组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);栀早颗粒低剂量组与亮丙瑞林组、栀早颗粒高、中剂量组组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:栀早颗粒高、中、低剂量组能降低N-甲基-DL-天冬氨酸诱导性早熟模型大鼠的血清BGP的水平。Objective : To investigate the effect of Zhizao granule on serum osteocalcin level of premature rats induced by N -methyl- DL- aspartie acid. Methods: 20 SD clean level at the same age not pregnant females were paired, choose four - day females born within 60, 10 in each group randomly assigned only, in addition to the normal control group, the rest of the five groups in N - methyl - DL - aspartate precocious puberty model were set up. At the same time, with bright c gonadorelin particles and Zhizao high, medium and low dose except the precocious puberty model group four groups of precocious puberty model were set up in other females to intervene, observe different interventions on model rats serum BGP level of precocious puberty. Use enzyme -linked immunoassay to detect serum LH, FSH, BGP levels. Results:Compared with normal control group, model group of precocious puberty serum LH, FSH, BGP levels increased significantly, the results had a significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with model group precocious puberty, Zhizao high, medium and low dose groups of serum BGP levels were significantly decreased (P 〈 O. 05 ) ; Compared with normal control group, bright group c gonadorelin, Zhizao high, medium dose groups had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ) ; Compared with Zhizao low dose group and light c gonadorelin, Zhizao high, middle dose groups had a significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:Zhizao particles high, medium and low dose groups can reduce the serum BGP levels of early maturity model rats induced by N - methyl - DL - aspartic acid.
