摘　　要：自上世纪90年代,全程、整体化的管理思维烙刻在电子文件思维的范式之上,取代了文件生命周期理论指导下的阶段性管理实践。文章从已有的理论与实践基础入手,分析纸质时代和电子时代存在阶段性与整体性相对偶的思维空间的可能性,整理在其指导下的简单实践案例,最终给出在电子文件整体性管理下可以呈现阶段性管理的划分方式。Since the 1990s, full, holistic management thinking branded engraved on the paradigm of thinking electronic documents, replacing the document life cycle stage management practices under the theoretical guidance. This paper analyzes the relative likelihood of the stage and the integrity of the paper even thinking space era and the presence of the electronic age, finishing in its guidance simple practice case under the author finally given in electronic document management can render holistic management division phased manner.
