摘　　要：在国家档案行政管理部门审时度势,提出"档案强国"战略的背景下,文章从当前档案部门普遍面临的现实问题出发,紧密联系实际,对新形势下科学谋划档案工作新思路、探索档案部门服务社会的新举措,进行了一些粗浅的思考,并归纳出"一二三四五"的路径框架。Under the background ofthe national archives administration department put forward the strategy of ＂Archival Superpower＂, this paper starting from the current practical problems which archives common faced,closeness to practice and making shallow thinking of new ways of scientific planning archives work under the new situation and explorationof the new measures archival service.
