摘　　要：网络环境下,新的信息技术的出现与广泛应用影响着档案馆的咨询服务。文章以江苏省普通本科院校档案网站以及市级档案馆网站为研究样本,对网站提供的咨询服务进行调查统计,分析了档案网络咨询服务的现状,并提出了网络环境下拓展档案咨询服务的对策。The emergence of new information technology and the wide application affect the archive consulting services in the network environment. Based on ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities in jiangsu province archives website as well as the municipal archives website as the research sample, and consulting services provided by the site investigation statistics, the paper analyzes the current situation of archives network consulting services, and puts forward the development countermeasures of archive consulting services in the network environment.
