摘 要:随着全球气候变暖和现代城市面积的不断扩大,大型城市热岛、雨岛效应日趋严重,导致城市内涝灾害频发,传统的城市防涝工程面临巨大压力。本文在分析城市内涝形成原因的基础上,以"分级集水、蓄排结合"理论为指导,创新性提出将城市防内涝工程与屋顶绿化结合抵御内涝的思路,借鉴国外先进经验,阐述了屋顶绿化防涝的优势和发展前景,论证了其可行性,希望以此启发广大同仁对城市防洪防内涝规划新方式的进一步思考。Because of the influence of global warming and the expansion of the cities area,the effect of Heat Island and Rain Island becomes more and more serious in metropolis,which causes the increasing frequency of waterlogging and brings a lot pressure to the drainage system of the city. Guided by the theory of "Grade the drainage and combine the drainage and the store" ,this paper, based on discussion of the origin ofwaterlogging,brings up a innovative way to solve the problem,which is by combining roof greening with the waterlogging-defence system.Also,with the reference of foreign advanced experience,this paper states the advantage and foreground of combining roof greening the waterlogging-defence system,and demonstrate the practicability of this thought.The author hopes that this paper could enlighten the further exploration from technical personnels in programming the waterlogging-defence system of cities.
