摘　　要：当今石化企业日趋向装置密集化、设备庞大化和管线复杂化方向发展,且生产、贮运过程的原辅材料和产品多是易燃、易爆或有毒有害物品,一旦发生泄漏、爆炸等突发事故,其经济、环境后果不堪设想,因而石化行业建设项目已成为我国环境风险防范的重点。本文针对目前很多石化企业存在的环境风险防范措施及管理尚存缺陷、有待完善的问题,从建设项目风险防范的基础环境风险评价的重要环节进行阐述与分析,提出石化行业环境风险防范有效的措施和对策。In today＇s petrochemical enterprises, the devices are more intensive, the equipments are more massive , and the pipelines are more complex gradually. Most of the raw and auxiliary materials in the procedure of production and storagetransportation are inflammable and explosive or poisonous and harmful , once the materials leak and explode , the economic and environmental consequences would be unthinkable , thus the constructive projects in petrochemical industry have become the emphasis of the environmental risk prevention in China. Now the environmental risk prewmtion measure and management of petrochemical enterprises exist defects , and it remains to be perfect. This article expounds and analyses the important link on the environmental risk assessment of the constructive projects in petrochemical industry , which is the basis of the environmental risk prevention , and puts forward effective measures and countermeasures.
