摘　　要：根据平整工序挫伤缺陷的形貌和分布规律,分析出热轧板卷的板形及卷形不良对平整过程产生的影响,从原料和操作两方面提出了避免挫伤缺陷产生的预防措施,对改善带钢表面质量、提高平整车间成材率具有指导性意义。According to the morphology and distribution regularity of scratch defect at leveling process,the author analyzes and figures out the effect of poor strip shape and coil shape of hot rolled strip coilon leveling process, and puts forward the precautions for preventing scratch from forming from the sidesof raw material and operation. The paper has instructive meaning for improving strip surface quality andincreasing rolling yield at leveling plant.
