摘 要:为了研究不同抗条锈病基因对小麦条锈病发生的影响,本试验选用小麦抗条锈病近等基因系的3个品种进行不同混播处理。在自然发病条件下,研究了条锈病在单播与混播群体中的发生情况及控制效果。试验结果表明,两个品种混播并不能显著降低条锈病的发生,而3个品种混播可显著降低条锈病的发生。而且3个品种的REM值(相对防效)<1,也说明3个品种的混播可减少条锈病的发生。千粒重数据显示,3个品种混播显著高于单个品种的千粒重(P<0.01)。To study effect of different stripe rust resistance gene on occurring of wheat stripe rust, three cultivars of near- isogenie lines with different wheat stripe rust resistance were chosen, and effect of stripe rust in mix-eultivars on occurring and development were studied at natural disease conditions. The results showed that two euhivars mixture did not reduce the disease occurrence and three varieties of mixture could reduce significantly. REM value of three varieties below one and mixtures of three cuhivars can reduce its occurrence. Data analysis on seed weight per 1 000 kernels showed that three cuhivars mixture was significantly higher than those of the mono-cuhivar. So, it had better control effect on stripe rust for using the different near-isogenie lines for mix-planting.
