摘 要:杭州奥体博览中心主体育场钢结构罩棚由空间管桁架和弦支网壳组成,具有造型独特、结构形式多样、悬挑跨度大等特点。通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对比分析了3种结构吊装方案,研究其在考虑路径效应下不同拼装顺序对结构的变形、受力状况的影响;对基于一次性加载法和考虑路径效应的钢结构支撑架卸载过程进行了对比分析。分析结果表明考虑路径效应的分析方法与一次性加载法所计算的结构响应有很大不同,前者更接近结构实际状态,使结构施工过程安全可靠。通过计算分析可以确保空间管桁架的安装精度,保证施工过程的安全性和经济性。The steel-structure awning of Hangzhou Olympic and International Expo Center main stadium is composed of spatial pipe trusses and cable-stayed shells, which is featured by unique appearance, varied structures and long cantilever span. This paper compares three lifting schemes via ANSYS, focusing on the influence of different assembly order in each scheme on the deformation and stress of the structure under certain path effect, it also carries out a contrastive analysis of the unloading process of one-time installed steel structure and that under certain path effect. Analysis results show much difference between responses of the structure installed taking path effect into consideration and that installed one-time. The former is closer to the actual condition, thus makes the construction safer and more reliable. Calculation and analysis in this paper can help to ensure the installation precision of spatial pipe trusses, guarantee the safety and economy of the construction process.
