摘 要:通过对杭州奥体博览中心主体育场钢结构罩棚主桁架大直径厚壁圆钢管空间弯曲和长圆形锥台小夹角分叉节点等加工技术的研究,确定了空间弯曲钢管从加工原理、加工方法到拼接、焊接、检测、矫正;以及长圆形锥台小夹角分叉节点从零(部)件下料、加工到节点装焊等整套加工方法,成功解决了本工程钢构件的加工难题,并为其他类似工程钢构件加工提供了很好的借鉴作用。Based on the research of the key machining technology for the large diameter thick wall space bending steel pipes and oblong frustum small angle bifurcation joints in the steel truss in the main stadium of Hangzhou Olympic and International Expo Center,a series of methods for steel member machining have been defined, from the machining principle, machining method, welding, detection and correction of space bending steel pipes to the parts blanking, machining and joints assembly welding of frustum small angle bifurcation joints. Difficulties in the machining steel members of the main stadium have been successfully solved with these methods. At the same time, it can provide some reference value for the similar engineering.
