摘 要:针对杭州奥体博览中心主体育场钢结构罩棚大悬挑空间管桁架与弦支单层网壳的特点和施工难点,重点研究了3种安装方法的利与弊,并详细介绍了分段拼装、分段吊装、高空对接、结构合龙、支撑架卸载等关键技术,对施工全过程进行了模拟仿真分析。结果表明,该技术高效、合理,保证了工程质量和施工安全。The main stadium of Hangzhou Olympic and International Expo Center is a hybrid steel structures which is composed of large cantilever space pipe truss and single-layer suspended lattice shell structure. Based on the structural characteristics and construction difficulties of the steel structure, research on the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of installation methods for the construction process is focused on. At the same time, the key construction technologies and difficulties for the sectional assembling, sectional installation, high altitude connection, closure technology and support frame unloading, etc, are discussed in detail in this paper. FEA simulation analysis on the whole construction process shows that the construction technology is efficient and rational. As a result, the engineering quality and construction safety are guaranteed.
