摘　　要：本文在系统研究我国农业科技成果转化资金绩效状况的基础上,运用指标分解法、层次分析法、极值法和综合评价法,构建了适合我国农业科技成果转化特点的绩效评价体系,并对2006-2010年全国农业科技成果转化资金项目的绩效状况进行评价和分析,提出了完善转化资金的政策设置、明确转化资金支持的领域定位、拓展转化资金的支持方式和探索提高转化资金使用效率的组织机制等对策建议。On the basis of systematically studies of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation funds, the paper establishes an new performance evaluation system which is fit for the agricultural science and technology achievements transformation in our country. Using this system, this paper evaluates the performances of the agricultural science and technology achievements transformation fund projects from 2006 to 2010 throughout the country, and gives some useful suggestions and countermeasures, such as improving the police setting, optimizing the support area and scope, expanding the support ways and increasing the service efficiency.
