摘  要:以2个水稻品种‘武运粳24号’和‘Ⅱ优107’为材料,采用盆栽试验,研究了硫肥对镉胁迫下不同基因型水稻抽穗期和灌浆期剑叶抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性和光合特性的影响。结果表明:镉胁迫下水稻植株吸收的重金属镉主要集中在根部,镉胁迫下水稻植株抽穗和灌浆期剑叶SOD、POD、CAT活性和叶绿素含量均有所降低,光合能力有所减弱。外源施加硫肥能显著减少2品种的镉积累,水稻植株不同部分的表现有所差异。硫肥不同程度地增加了水稻抽穗及灌浆期剑叶叶片的SOD、POD、CAT活性。此外,研究还发现无论胁迫与否,硫肥均有增加剑叶光合能力的趋势,这可能与土壤中有机质及硫酸盐的供应有关。Two rice cultivars, 'Wuyunjing24' and 'Eryoul07', were used to study the effects of Sulfur(S) on the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD, POD, CAT and photosynthetic characteristics of flag leaf during heading and filling periods in different rice genotypes under Cadmium(Cd) stress. The result showed that cadmium absorbed in rice mainly concentrated on the root under cadmium stress, the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and content of chlorophyll were decreased. At the same time, photosynthetic capacity has been weakened during heading and filling periods under Cd stress. The accumulation of Cd can be significantly reduced by sul- fur in two rice cultivars, and the accumulation of cadmium varied in different parts of rice. The activities of SOD, POD, CAT increased to a certain degree by exogenous sulfur during heading and filling period. In addition, the study also found whether under Cd stress or not, it is a trend that photosynthetic capacity of flag leaf can he increased by sulfur, which may he related to organic matter and sulfate supplied by soil.
