摘 要:通过西柏坡牡丹(Paeonia suf fruticosa Andr.)花期调控试验,研究了几个牡丹品种对B。、钙素、水杨酸和PPm的响应状况。结果表明:(1)喷施不同浓度的岛总花期延长1.。0~2.70d,末花期延长0.40~O.60d,明显升高了成花率和延长了单花寿命,但花径呈减小趋势,喷施10000mg/L的B。延长总花期和末花期效果最显著;从立蕾期开始每天喷施不同浓度的B。总花期延长0.20~1.20d,初花期延长0.70~1.30d,末花期延长1.30~2.30d,明显延长了单花寿命和增大了花径,每天喷施100mg/L的B。延迟花期效果最显著。(2)从立蕾期开始每天喷施不同浓度的PPⅢ总花期延长0.00~0.60d,初花期延长0.10~0.30d,末花期延长0.30~0.70d,花径明显增大,但降低了成花率,每天喷施75mg/L的PP。延迟花期效果最好。(3)喷施不同浓度的水杨酸总花期延长0.。0~O.90d,花径明显增大,但降低了成花率,喷施500mg/L的水杨酸延长总花期效果最好。(4)喷施不同浓度钙素总花期延长0.50~1.90d,明显延长了单花寿命和增大了花径,喷施40mg/L的钙素初花期和末花期分别延长2.00,0.10d,高钙条件下成花率升高、单花寿命延长、花径增大,但明显缩短了初花期和末花期,喷施80mg/L的钙素延迟总花期效果最好。(5)喷施B。与PPⅢ配比为480:320和280:420的混合试剂初花期均延长2.00d,明显降低了成花率和减小了花径,喷施配比为280:420的混合试剂总花期延长3.67d,单花寿命最长,效果最好。牡丹花期调控还与牡丹品种、试验地地形地势、试验地当年气候等因素密切相关,其具体影响情况尚需进一步研究。Abstract: This paper carries on a research on several peony varieties response to B9, calcitonin, salicylic acid and PP3a3 through experiment of peony florescence control in Xibaipo. The results show. (1) Total florescence can he extended by 1 to 2.70 days and the end of the florescence can be extended by 0.40 to 0.60 day when B9 at different concentrations was sprayed, it canevidently increased floral initial rate and life span, but reduced the flower diameter, which was the best effect in extending total florescence and the ending of the florescence with 10 000 rag/ L Bg. Total florescence can be extended by 0.20 to 1.20days , the initial florescence can be ex- tended by 0.70--1.30 days and the end of the florescence can be extended by 1.30--2.30 days when B9 at different concentrations was sprayed daily starting from bud-setting stage, it can ev- idently extend life span and increase the flower diameter, which was rusulted the best effect in extending florescence with 100 mg/L Bg. (2) Total florescence can be extended by 0--0. 60 day, the initial florescence can be extended by 0.10--0.30 day and the end of the florescence can be extended by 0.30--0.70 day when PP333 at different concentrations was sprayed daily starting from bud-setting stage, it can evidently increase the flower diameter and lower floral initial rate, which was resulted the best effect in extending florescence with 75 mg/L Bg. (3) Total florescence can be extended by 0--0.90 day when salicylic acid at different concentrations was sprayed, it can evidently increase the flower diameter and lower floral initial rate, which was resulted the best effect in extending total florescence with 500 mg/L salicylic acid. (4) To- tal florescence can be extended by 0.50--1.90 days when calcium at different concentrations was sprayed, it can evidently extend life span and increase the flower diameter, the initial flo- rescence can be extended by 2 days and the end of the florescence can be extended by 0.10 day when 40 mg/L calcium at differ
