摘  要:利用十字划线法检测了小麦全蚀病生防芽孢杆菌Z-5、Z-9、Z-10和Z-14菌株对9种植物病原真菌的拮抗作用,同时检测了4菌株在28℃静置培养、28℃摇床培养和室温静置培养对玉米秸秆的降解特性。结果表明:Z-5菌株对西瓜枯萎病、小麦纹枯病、番茄灰霉病、棉花黄萎病和小麦赤霉病病原菌拮抗作用较强,Z-9菌株对小麦根腐病、白菜黑斑病、黄瓜灰霉病、棉花黄萎病和棉花枯萎病病原菌拮抗作用较强,Z-5和Z-9菌株抗菌谱较广。28℃静置培养,Z-9菌株对玉米秸秆降解率最高,为1.95%;Z-14菌株的增殖率最高,为14 795.8%。28℃摇床培养,Z-14菌株对玉米秸秆降解率最高,为2.19%;Z-14菌株的增殖率最高,为1 671.6%。室温静置培养,Z-10菌株对玉米秸秆降解率最高,为3.30%;Z-14菌株的增殖率最高,为732.0%;Z-14菌株具有较强的秸秆适应能力,增殖最大的是28℃静置培养的Z-14菌株。Antagonism of Bacillus spp. strains Z- 5, Z-9, Z- 10 and Z- 14 biocontrol wheat take-all diseases against nine kinds of plant pathogenic fungi was detected using cross-line method, and corn stover degradation characteristics of four strains cultivated in the condition of stationary culture at 28 ~C, shaking culture at 28 ℃ and static culture at room temperature were also detected, respectively. The result showed that Z - 5 strain had stronger antagonism against watermelon Fusarium Wilt, wheat sharp eyespot, tomato gray mold, cotton Verticilli- um Wilt and wheat scab. Z - 9 strain had stronger antagonism against wheat root rot, cabbage leaf spot, cucumber gray mold, cotton Verticillium Wilt and cotton Fusarium Wilt. Z - 5 and Z - 9 strains had broader antimicrobial spectrum. Z - 9 strain showed the highest degradation efficiency to corn stover and reached 1.95 % and Z- 14 strain had the highest proliferation rate andreached 14 795.8% in the condition of stationary culture at 28 ℃. Z - 14 strain showed the highest degradation efficiency to corn stover and reached 2.19% and the highest proliferation rate and reached 1 671.6% in the condition of shaking culture at 28 ℃. Z - 10 strain showed the highest degradation efficiency to corn stover crude fiber and reached 3. 30% and Z - 14 strain had the highest proliferation rate and reached 732.0 % in the condition of static culture at room temperature. Z - 14 strain had a strong ability to adapt to straw and the maximum value was Z - 14 strain in the condition of static culture at 28 ℃
