摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同蛋白水平精料补饲料对隔栏补饲羔羊生长性能和营养物质消化率的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机分组设计,将36只15日龄的小尾寒羊×杜泊绵羊杂交一代羔羊随机分为3组,每组12只,每只羊为1个重复。日粮设3个蛋白水平:16%,18%,20%。结果表明:在生长性能方面,18%蛋白水平显著优于16%,20%蛋白水平(P<0.05),其中体高、体斜长、胸围的日均增长量极显著高于16%蛋白水平(P<0.01);在消化率方面,18%蛋白水平日粮中干物质、总能、粗蛋白、粗纤维、NDF、ADF、粗脂肪、钙的表观消化率显著高于16%蛋白水平(P<0.05),与20%蛋白水平相比差异不显著(P>0.05),但不同蛋白水平对日粮中磷的表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合考虑,本试验条件下蛋白水平为18%时,效果最好。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of protein on production performance and nutrient digestibility. In the single factor random grouping test, 36 small-tailed Han sheep and Dorper sheep hybrid generation lambs (15 day-old) were selected, which were randomly divided into 3 groups , and every group had 12 and 1 duplications for each treatment. Three levels of protein in diet were set: 16% ,18% ,20% The results showed that in terms of growth performance, 18% protein level was significantly superior to the 16% and20% protein levels(P〈0.05). The daily average growth of body height, body length and chest circumference was significantly higher than that in the 16 % protein level group(P〈0.01). in terms oi digestion rate, 18 % protein level was significantly higher than that in the 16 % group in dry matter, total energy, crude protein, crude fiber, NDF and ADF(P〈0.05). Compared with 20% protein lev- el, no obvious significant effect was found(P〉0. 05). On the digestibility of phosphorus, different protein levels had no significant effect(P〉0.05). Under this experimental condition, the 18 % protein level showed the best result.
