摘  要:[目的]旨在找出一条适合工业化生产(E)-(5,6-二氢-[1,4,2]-二嗪-3-基)-(2-羟基苯基)-甲酮-O-甲基肟的工艺路线。[方法]以4-羟基香豆素为原料,经硝化、水解、甲胺化、环合、醚化、碱性重排合成(E)-(5,6-二氢-[1,4,2]-二嗪-3-基)-(2-羟基苯基)-甲酮-O-甲基肟。[结果]该合成路线总收率为14.3%,含量为95.4%(GC)。[结论]该路线收率较高且操作简便,可作为工业生产路线。[Aims] This article aims to get a reasonable route of (E)-(5,6-dihydro-[ 1,4,2]-dioxazin-3-yl)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)- methanone-O-methyloxime on industrial scale. [Methods] (E)-(5,6-Dihydro-[1,4,2]-dioxazin-3-yl)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)- methanone-O-methyloxime was synthetised from 4-hydroxycoumarin via the reactions of nitration, hydrolysis, methylamination, cyclization, etherification and alkaline rearrangement. [Results] The total yield of the synthetic route was 14.3%, the purity was 95.4% (GC). [Conclusions] The synthetic route has high yield and simple operation, which can be used in industry.
