摘  要:[目的]以4-氯-2-氰基-5-(4'-甲基苯基)咪唑和N,N-二甲胺基磺酰氯为原料,合成氰霜唑,优化合成工艺。[方法]研究原料配比、反应时间和反应温度对产物产率的影响,并通过响应面法对合成工艺进行分析。[结果]得到了最优工艺条件:原料配比为1.13∶1,反应时间为4.6 h,反应温度为75℃,最终收率可达65.2%。[结论]研究为氰霜唑的工业化生产提供了最佳工艺条件。[Aims] Fungicide cyazofamid was synthesized with 4-chloro-2-cyano-5-(4'-methyl phenyl) imidazole and N,N-dimethylsulfamoyl chloride as the raw materials to optimize the process. [Methods] The effects of raw material ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature on the reaction yield were researched. The reaction conditions were optimized by using the response surface method (RSM). [Results] The optimal technological condition was obtained. The results showed that the highest yield can reach 65.2% when the raw material ratio is 1.13 : 1, reaction time is 4.6 h, reaction temperature is 75 ℃. [Conclusions] This study provides the optimization condition of synthesis process for cyazofamid in industry.
