摘 要:[目的]提高赤霉素萃余液中COD降解率,减轻赤霉素萃余液对废水处理站运行负荷的压力。[方法]通过从赤霉素萃余液中筛选出长势旺、生命力强的优势菌,将优势菌用目的废液的不同浓度、不同pH值进行逐步训化,并和高效菌进行科学配伍,然后重新投入到赤霉素萃余液进行污水处理,以达到更高更好的处理效果。[结果]优势菌和高效菌的混合菌群经静止培养7d后,赤霉素萃余液COD从10万mg/L下降到1.5万~2.8万mg/L,COD降解率达72%-85%左右。[结论]高效优势微生物菌群能提高赤霉素萃余液COD降解率。[Aims] To improve the degradation rate of COD in gibberellins raffinate, and relieve the pressure on the operating load of wastewater treatment. [Mothods] By screening the dominant bacteria of growth quickly and strong vitality and train it by the wastewater with different concentration or pH. Further, mixed the dominant bacteria and high- efficiently degrade bacteria, and then, inoculated in the gibberellins raffinate to improve the COD degradation rate. [Rosults] Mixed the dominant bacteria and high-efficiently degrade bacteria, and then, the mixed microbial consortium were inoculated in the gibberellins raffinate and without agitation to culture 7 days. The COD in gibberellins raffinate decreased from 100 000 mg/L to 15 000-28 000 mg/L, the degradation rate reached to about 72-85%. [Conclusions] By the combination of the dominant bacteria and high-efficiently degrade bacteria, the mixed microbial consortium could significantly improve the COD degradation.
