摘  要:[目的]建立一种高效液相色谱测定烯肟菌胺·噻呋酰胺悬浮剂的分析方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,以反相ODS-C18不锈钢色谱柱,甲醇/水(体积比75∶25)为流动相,在254 nm波长下对30%烯肟菌胺·噻呋酰胺悬浮剂进行定量分析。[结果]烯肟菌胺和噻呋酰胺的线性相关系数分别为0.998 7、0.999 9,标准偏差分别为0.045、0.102,变异系数分别为0.595%、0.452%,平均回收率分别为99.01%、99.25%。[结论]该方法操作简便,线性关系良好,准确率、精密度高,是烯肟菌胺·噻呋酰胺悬浮剂较为理想的分析方法。[Aims] The high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of fenaminstrobin. thifluzamide suspension concentrate (SC) was established. [Methods] The reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method was used for the quantitative analysis of fenaminstrobin ·thifluzamide suspension concentrate with ODS-C18 stainless steel column, methanol/water (75 : 25, by vol) as mobile phase, at 254 nm. [Results] The linear correlations coefficients of fenaminstrobin and thifluzamide were 0.998 7 and 0.999 9, standard deviations were 0.045 and 0.102, coefficients of variation were 0.595 and 0.452%, the average recoveries were 99.01 and 99.25%. [Conclusions] The described method was a suitable analysis method for the fenaminstrobin, thifluzamide suspension concentrate with the advantages of simple operation, good linear relationship, high accuracy and precision.
