摘 要:[目的]了解啶虫脒防治蚜虫的膳食安全性。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定啶虫脒防治草莓蚜虫后的残留动态,并在此基础上采用风险商法对草莓中啶虫脒可能产生的膳食风险进行评估。[结果]平均添加回收率85.5%-98.86%,相对标准偏差1.50%-4.37%。最低检测限为0.1ng,最低检测质量分数为0.02mg/kg。啶虫脒的残留风险商值远低于1。[结论]HPLC分析草莓中啶虫脒残留的方法可行。喷施3%啶虫脒乳油防治草莓蚜虫,对人群膳食风险较小,是草莓生产中防治蚜虫安全性较好的杀虫剂。[Aims] The aim was to confirm the safety of using acetamiprid to control aphids in strawberry. [Methods] A trial experiment, which used high-performliquid chromatography (HPLC), were conducted to study the dynamics of degradation of acetamiprid in strawberry. The dietary exposure and risk assessment were also conducted by using the method of risk quotient (RQ). [Results] The average recovery was 85.5-98.86%, and the standard deviation was 1.50-4.37%. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.1 ng and the limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.02 mg/kg. RQ, which used to assess the risk, was far below 1. [Conclusions] The residue analysis method for acetamiprid in strawberry by HPLC is dependable. The dietary risk for human to use acetamiprid is low and it predicted that acetamiprid may be the safer pesticide for controlling aphids in strawberry production.
