摘  要:[目的]探索氟吡菌胺对大白菜霜霉病的作用方式和控制效果。[方法]采用离体子叶浸泡法测定保护作用和持效期,并采用离体子叶接种一浸泡法和离体子叶喷雾法分别测定治疗作用和铲除作用。[结果]氟吡菌胺保护作用与治疗作用的Ec,。值分别为0.2873、0.4572mg/L,并能抑制大白菜霜霉病菌的病斑扩展、孢子囊产生及孢子囊再侵染,药剂持效期长达7-10d。[结论]氟吡菌胺对大白菜霜霉病具有很好的保护、治疗及铲除作用,且持效期长。[Aims] The study aims to explore the action mode and control effect of fluopicolide against Chinese cabbage downy mildew. [Methods] Cotyledon in vitro soaking method was adopted to determine preventive effect and effective duration, and cotyledon in vitro inoculating-soaking method and cotyledon in vitro spraying method wereadopted to determine curative and eradicative effect, respectively. [Results] Fluopicolide has preventive and curative effect with ECs0 values of 0.2873 and 0.457 2 mg/L respectively, and can inhibit the lesion expansion, production and reinfection of sporangium. Moreover, fluopicolide can provide the effective control of Chinese cabbage downy mildew for 7-10 days after foliar spray. [Conclusions] Fluopicolide has good preventive, curative and eradicative activity against Chinese cabbage downy mildew, and has long effective duration.
