摘　　要：Recently, the first batch of pilot projects of rural comprehensive reform standardization was jointly issued by SAC and Ministry of Finance （MOF）. Rural comprehensive reform is a major deployment of strengthening the work of ＂agriculture, farmer and rural area＂. Standardization, as the system form of scientization and democratization, plays a supportive role in rural comprehensive reform.
