摘　　要：鸡球虫的体外培养方法有鸡胚培养和细胞培养两种,即球虫在鸡胚和体外培养细胞中完成从子孢子到卵囊的内生性发育过程。体外培养对深入研究球虫学及球虫病学具有重要的作用和意义。本文从细胞和鸡胚两个方面对球虫体外培养进行分析和讨论,以便为球虫病的研究提供技术支持。There are two approaches in vitro for chicken coccidiam chick embryo culture and cell culture for complet- ing the endogenous development from sporozoites to oocysts, In vitro culturing has an important role and significance in the further studies of coccidia and coccidiosis. Both chick embryo culture and cell culture for in vitro coccidian cultur- ing were analyzed and discussed in this paper in a attempt to provide technical supports for coccidiosis research.
