摘 要:以20个天彭牡丹品种为试材,通过野外调查与ISSR分子标记试验,研究了其遗传多样性。结果表明:天彭牡丹组内不同品种的表型变异较大,按照花色、花期、花型均可划分出不同的分类结果。20个牡丹群体遗传多样性水平较高,平均Nei’S基因多样性指数(He)为0.3657,平均Shannon信息指数(I)为0.4901,20份材料的遗传相似系数为0.44~0.94,平均遗传相似系数为0.69,其中‘醉西施’与‘血丝红’最近,GS为0.94,‘红腰楼’的相似系数次之。聚类分析结果表明,聚类结果与花色相关性最大。可见,根据花色对天彭牡丹进行类别划分具有重要的实践和理论意义。Taking 20 kinds of Tianpeng tree peony as materials,the genetic diversity of 20 kinds of Tianpeng tree peony were studied through field survey and ISSR molecular markers. The results showed that, different species groups Tianpeng tree peony had larger phenotypic variation within group. In accordance with the color, flowering, flowers were divided into different classification results. 20 Peony groups had high level of genetic diversity, the average Nei's genetic diversity index (He) was 0. 3657,the average Shannon' s information index (I) was 0. 4901.20 copies of the genetic similarity coefficient was from 0. 44 to 0. 94,the average genetic similarity coefficient was 0. 69. 'Drunk beauties' and 'bloodshot red' had closely similarity coefficient,which GS was 0. 94,and 'red waist floor' was secondary. The cluster analysis showed that the clustering results had significant correlation with color. It was important practical and theoretical significance to classify Tianpeng tree peony according to the color of its flower.
