摘  要:对Pb和Pb 0 .0 2 %Bi进行了阴极极化循环伏安曲线测试 ,并观察了铋元素的面扫描。利用X 射线衍射技术测定了铋对正极活性物质中α PbO2 、β PbO2 含量的影响。用扫描电镜观察了铋引起正、负极活性物质表面形貌的变化情况。比较了电解纯铅铅粉、加入 0 .0 2 %Bi2 O3的电解纯铅铅粉以及含 0 .0 2 %Bi精炼纯铅铅粉所制极板的放电性能。Pb and Pb-0.02% Bi were tested by means of cathodic polarization curve and cyclic voltammetry curve, and the surface scan of bismuth element was observed. The effects of bismuth element on the content of α-PbO 2 and β-PbO 2 in positive active material were determined by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), and the change of the morphology of positive and negative active materials caused by bismuth was also observed with SEM. The discharge performance of the plates, which were made of electrolyzed lead oxide, soft lead with 0.02% Bi 2O 3 and refined lead oxide with 0.02% Bi respectively, were compared. Moreover, the mechanism that the capacity and cycle life of lead-acid battery were improved by bismuth was analyzed.
