摘　　要：开展"落地"人才培养模式研究是适应区域经济发展、发挥地方高校特色和优势的客观需要,也是满足学生充分就业的需要。东北农业大学针对黑龙江省农业经济建设迫切需要真正懂农业法律知识专业人才的特殊状况,把服务区域经济和社会发展作为宗旨,探索应用型法学人才培养模式,重构教学内容体系,完善职业教育课程体系,改革教学方法,采取"诊所式"教学模式和案例教学法,加强法学教育与法律职业的对接,力求理论性、基础性、现实性相结合,培养农业法律"落地人才",提高了为地方经济社会发展的服务能力。这种人才培养模式的创新值得相关院校借鉴。To study the training mode for talents with practical ability meets the demand of regional economic development by giving full play to the characteristics and advantages of local colleges and universities. It is for the full employment of students as well. Facing the ur-gent need of professionals specialized in agricultural law in the agricultural economic construction in Heilongjiang province, Northeast A-gricultural University, taking serving regional economy and social development as the purpose, explored a training mode for applied per-sonnel of jurisprudence, reconstructed the teaching content system, improved the vocational education curriculum, and reformed teaching methods integrating clinic teaching mode with the case teaching method. In so doing, it sought to strengthen the connection between legal education and legal profession in terms of theory, basic and reality in a way that improve the serving ability for the local economy by train-ing applied talents majoring in agricultural laws. The training mode innovation is worthy of spreading to other institutions.
