推广农业地质调查成果 促进节约集约利用农地

摘　　要：农业地质调查评价通过农业地质背景调查、农业地质环境调查、多目标地球化学调查评价等多方面深入研究,为土地资源利用和管理提供基础服务。其成果通过推广应用,可为处理建设用地与保护耕地关系、农业结构调整及发展高效特色农业提供依据,服务规划管理和农地布局优化;可提供农业技术指导,挖掘土壤资源潜力,提升农地利用效率和效益;可指导土壤环境治理,服务农地质量管理。成果转化建议:加强政府对调查评价成果推广应用的宏观管理;建立成果发布制度和示范奖励制度;选择适宜的推广途径。Through deep research in various aspects such as agricultural geological background investigation, agro-geological environmental survey, and multi-target geochemical investigation and evaluation;agricultural geology investigation and evaluation has provided basic services for land resource utilization and management. This paper discusses the results application. The main functions of focus include：the results application is the basis for tackling the relations between land for construction purposes and protection of arable land, agricultural structure adjustment, and developing agriculture with high efifciency;it also serves the planning management and farmland layout optimization;and providing agricultural technical guidance, taping the potential of soil resources, as a result, land use efifciency and beneifts is promoted. Moreover, it is good for soil environmental governance and farmland quality management. On this basis, this paper gives some advice to the achievements transformation：the macro management of the government over the popularization and application concerning investigation and evaluation results should be strengthened;the system for the achievement issued, and demonstration and incentive system must be set up;and choosing appropriate promotion way.
