基于Logistic模型的贫困地区失地农户被征地意愿研究——以贵州省毕节地区为实证

摘　　要：建立二元Logistic回归模型,以毕节地区为实证定量分析影响失地农户被征地意愿的因素。结果表明:征地补偿满意度、征地对家庭的影响、家庭抚养比、家庭年收入、户主是否有其他技能、被征地比例等6个变量对失地农户的被征地意愿影响最显著。其中被征地比例对失地农户被征地意愿产生负面影响,征地补偿满意度、征地对家庭的影响、家庭抚养比、家庭年收入、户主是否有其他技能这5个变量对失地农民被征地意愿产生正面影响。研究启示:(1)建立和完善失地农民社会保障制度;(2)强化监督征地补偿款发放的各个环节;(3)尽可能得给失地农民适当留点养老田;(4)处理好已征地农民、待征地农民等之间的利益关系。By establishing binary logistic regression model, this paper takes Bijie prefecture as the object for empirical research to analyze the inlfuencing factors of land-lost farmers’ landless willingness. It turned out that six variables like land compensation satisfaction; the inlfuence of land requisition for family; the ratio of family bringing up; annual household income; if the head of household has other skills;and landless proportion;had the most inlfuence on land-lost farmers landless willingness. Of which landless proportion has negative effects on land-lost farmers’ landless willingness, while the other ifve variables have a positive effect on. On this basis, this paper puts forward some new enlightenment on the research：establishing and improving the system of land-lost farmers＆#39; social security;enhancing the supervision on various links of granting land compensatory funds;leaving appropriate land for the life of old age of the land-lost farmers as possible as we can;handling the beneift-based relationships between the farmers whose land has already been expropriated and the farmers whose land will be expropriated.
