摘　　要：应用文献研究与定性分析相结合的方法,研究了FIDIC合同条件中的指定分包制度,总结得出了该制度设立的原则、英文版本中的相关条款的实质内涵以及某些特定词汇的准确含义,表明我国建筑界在对指定分包制度的理解上,尚有进一步深入研究的空间。同时,对该制度的深入理解,也有利于促进该制度在我国的实施。With the combination of literature research and qualitative analysis, the nominated subcontractor system under FIDIC contract conditions was studied,and the principle of system establishment, the essence implications of the related articles and words in English version were concluded, which shows that further understanding of this system is needed. What＇ s more, the further understanding of the system is ben- eficial to promoting the implementation of the system in our country.
