摘 要:目的:优选补肾活血颗粒的纯化工艺。方法:采用单因素试验法和L9(34)正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、醇沉时间等因素对纯化工艺的影响,以羟基红花黄色素A和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的转移率为评价指标,采用多指标综合评分法优选最佳的纯化工艺。结果:补肾活血颗粒最佳纯化工艺为减压浓缩至药液相对密度为1.05,加95%乙醇使含醇量为60%,醇沉24 h。结论:优选得到的纯化工艺方法简便可靠,重复性好,有效成分转移率高,可以保证补肾活血颗粒的质量和疗效。Objective : To optimize the purification technology of Bushen Huoxue Granule. Method: By using single fac- tor and orthogonal test of L9 (34), the effects of ethanol concentration, ethanol precipitation time and other factors were investigated. With the content of the transfer rate of Safflomin A and Pinoresinol diglucoside as evaluation indexes, the multi - index comprehensive evaluation method was used to optimize the purification technology of Bushen Huoxue Gran- ule. Results: The optimal purification technology of Bushen Huoxue Granule was as:the extracts were condensed to a rela- tive density of 1.05 and participated by 95% alcohol at the concentration of 60% and then stewing tor 24 h. Conclusion: The optimized purification technology is simple and reliable and has good reproducibility and high efficient, and can guar- antee the quality and effect of Bushen Huoxue Granule.
