胃炎饮对胃溃疡大鼠血清SOD活性和MDA含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃炎饮对胃溃疡模型大鼠血清超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:采用冰醋酸腐蚀法建立实验性胃溃疡大鼠模型,以奥美拉唑为对照,观察胃炎饮对实验性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜溃疡面积和血清SOD活性和MDA含量的影响。结果与假手术组比较,模型组血清SOD活性明显下降,MDA含量明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,胃炎饮高、低剂量组血清SOD活性明显升高,MDA含量明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),各用药组溃疡面积均明显缩小(P<0.01或P<0.05);与奥美拉唑阳性对照组和胃炎饮低剂量组比较,胃炎饮高剂量组溃疡面积均明显缩小(P<0.05),同时胃炎饮高剂量组溃疡抑制率较高。结论:胃炎饮可通过调节氧自由基代谢,抗氧化损伤,达到抗胃溃疡的作用。Objective. To observe the effect of Weiyan Decoction on the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in ser- um of experiment gastric ulcer in rats. Methods ：The model of experiment gastric ulcer was made by the corrosion of glacial acetic acid. Compared with Omeprazole, the effect of Weiyan Decoction on ulcer area, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in serum of gastric ulcer rats was observed. Results ： Compared with sham - operated group, the activity of SOD of model group rats was decreased, but the content of MDA was increased（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the model group, the activity of SOD of Weiyan Decoction group was increased, but the content of MDA was decreased （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. The ulcer area of all drug groups had significant reduction（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Compared with Omeprazole group and Weiyan Decoction low -doses group, the ulcer area of Weiyan Decoction high -dose group had significant reduction（P 〈 0.05）, and the ulcer inhibition rate was higher. Conclusion ： Weiyan Decoction could adjust the metabolism of oxygen free radicals and antioxidant injury, and resist gastric ulcer.
