眼针对抑郁模型大鼠海马及下丘脑五羟色胺表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察抑郁模型大鼠海马及下丘脑五羟色胺(5-HT)的表达及眼针干预的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠分为正常组、抑郁模型组和眼针组3组。采用慢性应激法建立抑郁模型并进行眼针干预。采用ELISA测定血清、海马及下丘脑的5-HT含量;采用免疫组化法测定海马及下丘脑5-HT表达。结果:与正常组相比,抑郁模型组海马中5-HT含量显著降低(P<0.01),血浆中5-HT含量显著升高(P<0.01);与抑郁模型组相比,眼针组海马和下丘脑5-HT含量显著升高(P<0.01),血浆5-HT含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:眼针能够调控抑郁模型大鼠海马和下丘脑5-HT的表达。Objective：To investigate the expressions of 5 -hydroxytryptamine （5 -HT） in hippocampus and hypothal- amus, and the effect of eye acupuncture intervention in a rat model of depression. Methods ： Male rats of Wistar were. allo- cated to normal, model of depression and eye acupuncture groups. An animal model of depression was made by chronic stress stimulation. Eye acupuncture intervention was given. 5 - HT levels in serum, hippoeampus and hypothalamus were measured by ELISA in each group. The expressions of 5 - HT was measured by method of immunohistochemisty. Results ： Compared with the normal group,in the group of depression model ,5 -HT levels in hippocampus were decreased obvious- ly（ P 〈 0.01 ）, and 5 - HT levels in serum increased obviously（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the group of depression mod- el,in the group of eye acupuncture, 5 - HT levels in hippoeampus and hypothalamus were increased obviously （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. 5 - HT levels in serum were decreased obviously（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Eye acupuncture can regulate the expres- sions of 5 - HT in hippocampus and hypothalamus in a rat model of deoression.
