摘　　要：目的:从脾虚为本的角度分析李凫坚主任中医师治疗肺痨盗汗的经验,探索中医药辨证治疗本病的方法。方法:通过研究肺痨盗汗的起病特点、临床表现、辨治要点、治疗方法及疗效,提出本病的中医病因为元气不足,病机为气阴两虚,病程久远者,还可见肺肾两虚,并为其所确立的益气健脾、滋水清金治法提供理论依据。结果:补气养阴敛汗法对于肺结核初治以及耐药结核复治的肺痨盗汗均具有良好疗效。结论:盗汗是肺痨主症之一,以补虚培元、益气健脾、滋水清金为法,治疗各型肺痨盗汗均有良好效果,对于研究中医药治疗肺痨具有参考价值。Objective ： To analyze the experience of chief physician LI Fujian in treating night sweats due to tubercu- losis and to explore the method of TCM on treating tuberculosis. Methods： With analyzing the occurrence, diagnosis, cure effect and prognosis,it was put forward that the night sweets was because of lack of vital - Qi. Pathogenesis was qi and Yin deficiency. Long term course can lead to lung- kidney deficiency and Yin fire. By studying the TCM etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of night sweats due to tuberculosis,it was put forward the theoretical basis of the methods of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen as well as nourishing kidney and clearing away lung - heat for the disease. Result： Tonifying qi and nourishing yin to arrest sweating has good curative effect for night sweats due to tuberculosis ei- ther first treatment or drug - resistant treatment of tuberculosis. Conclusion ： Night sweats syndrome is one of the primary symptoms of tuberculosis. Tonifying deficiency and supporting the healthy energy, replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, nourishing kidney and clearing away lung - heat are the effective methods for treating night sweats due to tuber- culosis. It has reference value for the research of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tuberculosis.
