电针结合复方大秦艽汤治疗恢复期贝尔面瘫的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针结合加减大秦艽汤治疗恢复期贝尔面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将140例入选患者随机分为治疗组76例、对照组64例。治疗组采用内服加减大秦艽汤加电针治疗;对照组仅采用相同针刺方法而不服用中药,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组在H-B分级变化、效愈率及后遗症发病率上均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义。结论:电针结合复方大秦艽汤治疗恢复期贝尔面瘫的临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广。Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of electroacupuncture and the compound Gentianae Macrophyllae Decoction in the treatment of Bell palsy in the recovery time. Method：140 patients was complete- ly randomized put into treatment group and controlled group ,76 in the treatment group and 64 in the controlled group. The treatment group adopted both electroacupuncture and the compound Gentianae Macrophyllae Decoction while the con- trolled group adopted only electroacupuncture. The period of treatment was 4 weeks. Result ： The treatment group was su- perior to the controlled group in the improvement of the H - B grading, effect of healing rate and the incidence of seque lae. Conclusion ： The combination of electroacupuncture and the compound Gentianae Macrophyllae Decoction has obvious analgesic effect on the Bell palsy in the recovery time.
