摘  要:目的:观察推拿对坐骨神经损伤大鼠行为学、NT-3、TrkC的影响,探讨推拿促进坐骨神经损伤修复的机制。方法:采用大鼠坐骨神经夹持损伤模型,通过斜板实验、BBB评分观察正常组、假手术组、模型组、模型对照组、推拿组大鼠的行为学变化;通过免疫组化染色观察各组大鼠脊髓腹角NT-3、TrkC的表达情况,最后统计比较各组差异。结果:模型组和模型对照组大鼠行为学检测提示坐骨神经损伤大鼠的运动功能明显降低,在推拿干预后,斜板试验、BBB评分明显升高,神经功能恢复情况优于模型组和模型对照组;模型组、模型对照组及推拿组NT-3、TrkC表达与正常组相比均有统计学差异,推拿组NT-3表达与模型组相比也有显著差异,推拿组更高。结论:中医推拿可以通过促进NT-3及其高亲和力受体TrkC的表达,发挥抑制细胞凋亡,促神经元存活的作用,最终改善坐骨神经损伤大鼠的运动功能,促进神经功能恢复。Objective : To observe the influence of Tuina therapy on NT - 3 and TrkC of sciatic nerve injury model rats in order to probe the mechanisms of Tuina therapy in sciatic nerve injury. Method : We used the nerve clamping method to make the sciatic nerve injury model and the oblique board test and BBB locomotion testing in each group were as behav- ioral evidences. And then,we observed the density of NT -3 and TrkC in spinal cord by using immunohistochemistry. Result :The oblique hoard test scores and BBB scores of the model group and bondage group were significantly lower than those of the blank control group, while score of Tuina group was much higher. The immunohistochemistry showed that the amounts of the NT -3 and TrkC were significantly different among model control group,bondage group and Tuina group. NT- 3 and TrkC were significantly higher in Tuina group. Conclusion:Tuina therapy could treat the sciatic nerve injury
