抑木汤对肝脾不和型D-IBS患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察抑木汤对肝脾不和型D-IBS患者T细胞亚群的变化。方法:治疗组患者使用抑木汤,1剂煎3袋,各150 mL。每天分3次温服,日1剂。治疗3周为1疗程。间隔1周后,继服第2个疗程。对照组口服思密达5 mg,3次/d,餐后服用。两组同上法服两个疗程。同时,选取了20例肠息肉内镜下切除术后复查者作为健康对照组。在两次疗程结束后均对外周血T细胞CD+3、CD+4、CD+8亚群进行测定。判定疗效。结果:外周血CD+3细胞无异常,抑木汤治疗组及思密达对照组与健康对照组比较,治疗前D-IBS患者CD+4水平显著降低,CD+8水平显著升高,导致CD+4/CD+8比值下降(P<0.05);经两个疗程的治疗后抑木汤治疗组及思密达治疗组CD+4水平均升高,CD+8水平均下降,但与治疗前比较无明显差异,其中,CD+8水平较健康对照组仍有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:抑木汤治疗组有着与思密达对照组相同的免疫改善作用,且改善幅度更为明显。抑木汤对DIBS的治疗作用部分是通过调整IBS异常的细胞免疫功能,并最终纠正胃肠的异常节律来实现的。Objective ： To observe the effect of Inhibiting Wood Decoction by detecting T - lymphocyte subsets of the patients with the disharmony between liver and spleen D - IBS. Method：The treatment group patients used Inhibiting Wood Decoction. A dose had 3 bags, 150 mL for each. Took three times a day,totally one dose. 3 weeks was one course of treatment. After one - week interval, the second course would continue. The control group orally took Smecta 5 mg three times a day after meal, taking the medicine for two courses. Meanwhile, 20 cases of intestinal polyp endoscopic re- section patients after review were selected as healthy controls. The percentage of CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CDs T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood samples were analyzed at the end of the two courses and to determine the curative effect. Results ：The peripheral blood CD3＋ cells was not significantly different from that of the controls （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Before treatment, the CD4 ＋ was significantly lower than that of healthy controls and the CDs was higher than that of the healthy controls. And CD,/CDs ratio in the patients was increased significantly than those in healthy controls. After two courses of treatment, the treatment groupg CD4＋ was increased and the CDs dropped. But it was not significantly changed compared with those before treatment. CDs cells were significantly different from that of the healthy controls. Conclusion ： Inhibiting Wood De- coction has the similar improving immune function compared with the Smecta control group. Inhibition effect of Inhibiting Wood Decoction on D - IBS is partly through adjusting the IBS cell immune function abnormalities to correct the gastroin- testinal abnormal rhythm ultimately.
