如意金黄膏外治法治疗中风后肩痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨如意金黄膏外治法治疗中风后肩痛的临床疗效。方法:随机选择入住我院的120例中风后肩痛的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用如意金黄膏外治法,对照组采用针灸疗法。分别评定两组患者治疗前后的整体疗效性、疼痛视觉模拟评分、Fugl-Meyer上肢功能评分、病人满意度和日常生活活动能力(ADL)。采用SPSS统计分析两组的疗效。结果:两组患者在疼痛视觉模拟评分、Fugl-Meyer上肢功能评分、病人满意度和日常生活活动能力方面具有统计学意义。在整体疗效方面,对照组有效率71.6%,实验组有效率95%,经卡方检验χ2=11.760,P=0.001,两组具有明显的统计学差异。结论:如意金黄膏外治法治疗中风后肩痛具有明显的临床疗效,减轻患者痛苦。Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of Ruyi Golden Cream in the treatment of post - stroke shoulder pain. Method： 120 patients with post -stroke shoulder pain in our hospital were selected and randomly divide into two groups：treatment group and control group. Treatment group used Ruyi Golden Cream and control group was treated with acupuncture therapy. The scores of whole effect, visual analog pain score, Fugl - Meyer upper limb function scores, patient satisfaction and active ability of daily （ADL） were detected. Scores of two groups were analyzed by using SPSS. Re- suit：There were statistically differences in the scores of visual analog pain score, Fugl - Meyer upper limb function scores, patient satisfaction and active ability of daily （ADL）. In the score of whole effect, the control group effective rate was 71.6%. The treatment group＇s effective rate was 95% （χ^2 = 11. 760, P = 0. 001 ）. Two groups had obvious differ- ence. Conclusion ： Ruyi Golden Cream treatment for post - stroke shoulder pain has obvious clinical curative effect, reduc- ing patient pain.
