摘　　要：目的：建立葛根芩连合剂中葛根素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱：ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-0．2％醋酸水溶液（25：75），流速：1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长：250nm，进样量：5μL，柱温：25℃。结果：葛根素的回归方程为Y=4214．2x＋83．295（r=0．9999），在42．08—420．8ng范围内线性关系良好；平均加样回收率为97．36％。（n=6），RSD为2．7％。结论：本方法简便可靠，重现性好，可用于葛根芩连合剂的质量控制。Objective：To establish a method for content determination of Puerarin in Gegen Qinlian Mixture by HPLC. Methods ：The samples were determined by RP- HPLC on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18 （4.6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.2% （v/v） acetic acid （25 ： 75 ） ;the flow velocity was 1.0 mL · min ^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 250 nm;sample introduction was 5 txL and column temperature was controlled at 25 ℃. Results ： The linear range of Puerarin was 42.08 - 420.8 ng and the regression equation was y = 4214.2x ＋ 83. 295 （ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery rate was 97.36% with RSD as 2.7%. Conclusions ： The method was simple and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of Gegen Qinlian Mixture.
