痔愈喷剂抗炎镇痛作用的动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究痔愈喷剂的抗炎和镇痛作用。方法:将动物随机分为5组,即正常对照组、阳性药组及痔愈喷剂大、中、小剂量组,分别进行药物干预3 d后,采用小鼠热板镇痛法、小鼠醋酸扭体法、小鼠耳廓肿胀法和大鼠角叉菜胶足趾肿胀实验、观察痔愈喷剂的镇痛、抗炎作用。结果:痔愈喷剂镇痛试验表明,高剂量痔愈喷雾剂能著增加热板法试验小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.01)和减轻醋酸对试验小鼠内脏所致的疼痛和热板所致的外周疼痛(P<0.05),显示出较强的镇痛作用;痔愈喷雾剂抗炎试验表明,高剂量痔愈喷雾剂能显著降低由二甲苯所致试验小鼠耳廓的肿胀程度(P<0.01)和抑制由角叉菜胶溶液引起的试验大鼠足跖肿胀(P<0.01),显示出良好的抗炎作用。结论:痔愈喷雾剂有较明显的镇痛、抗炎作用,且与剂量有一定量效关系。Objective ： To investigate the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect of Hemorrhoid Healing Spray. Meth- ods ： Animals were randomly divided into five groups ： normal control group, positive drug group and high - dose, middle - dose and low - dose groups of Hemorrhoid Healing Spray. The Hemorrhoid Healing Spray anti - inflammatory and analge- sic effect were observed by mice auricle swelling method, rat carrageenin toe swelling test, hot plate analgesia and torsion acetic acid method. Results ： The Hemorrhoid Healing Spray anti - inflammatory test showed that high - dose group of Hem- orrhoid Healing Spray can significantly reduce the auricle swelling degree caused by dimethylbenzene （P 〈 0.01 ） and in- hibit foot plantar swelling caused by carrageenin （P 〈 0.01 ）, and showed good anti - inflammatory effects. Analgesic test showed that high, medium dose groups of Hemorrhoid Healing Spray can increase the pain threshold （P 〈 0.01 ）, reduce the visceral and peripheral pain caused by acetic acid and hot plate （P 〈 0.05 ） , show strong analgesic action. Conclu- sion ： The Hemorrhoid Healing Spray has obvious anti - inflammatory and analgesic action. Its analgesic effects mechanism may be related to alleviating peripheral nerve tension and inhibiting the inflammatory medium exudation.
