麻仁润肠丸促进剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察口服麻仁润肠丸治疗剖宫产术后胃肠功能紊乱产妇的临床疗效。方法:将100例符合标准的剖宫产术后胃肠功能紊乱的产妇随机分为两组,每组50例,两组产妇的年龄、孕周、胎儿体重、手术时间无显著差异,具有可比性。两组都给予抗生素预防感染、缩宫素加强子宫收缩、补液维持水电解质及酸碱平衡等基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予口服多潘立酮片,治疗组给予口服麻仁润肠丸进行治疗。在治疗后,观察治疗两组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间,首次排气时间,首次排便时间以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的肠鸣音平均恢复时间都低于48 h,且治疗组显著低于对照组;治疗组的首次排气时间和首次排便时间均低于对照组;治疗组患者显效率显著高于对照组。结论:口服麻仁润肠丸治疗剖宫产术后胃肠功能紊乱的产妇可以取得较好的疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Maren Runchang pill in the treatment of gastrointestinal disor- ders of cesarean maternal. Method：lO0 patients of cesarean maternal gastrointestinal disorders were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups＇maternal age, gestational age and birth weight had no significant difference in operative time. Both groups were given antibiotics to prevent infection oxytocin to strengthen uterine contractions, fluids to maintain water and electrolyte and acid - base balance and other basic treatment. On this basis, the control group received oral domperi- done, and the treatment group orally received Maren Runchang Pill. After treatment, the two groups were observed the treatment recovery time of bowel sounds, first flatus, time to first bowel movement and the clinical efficacy. Result：The treatment group and the control group＇s average recovery time of bowel sounds were lower than 48 hours, and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The treatment gronp＇s first exhaust time and the first defecation time were lower than those of the control group. It had marked effect in treatment group. Conclusion ：Maren Runchang Pill in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders cesarean mothers can get better results.
