自制中药外敷贴与硫酸镁湿敷贴治疗静脉炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨硫酸镁湿敷贴与自制中药外敷贴对静脉炎治疗疗效对比分析。方法:选择2011年3月—2013年6月期间静脉炎患者62例,所有患者均由静脉输液过程中引起。按照随机数字表法将62例患者随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,每次贴敷时间为7 h,每日1次,1个疗程为5次;观察组采用自制中药外敷,每日外敷1次,每次时间为7 h,1个疗程为5次;两组患者一般资料之间进行对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有对比性。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率(96.77%)明显高于对照组(74.20%),且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组平均治愈天数(3.42 d)明显短于对照组(4.20 d),且具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:自制中药外敷贴治疗静脉炎较硫酸镁湿敷临床疗效明显,治愈天数短,临床上应用自制中药外敷贴对静脉炎具有重要临床价值,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of the magnesium sulfate wet applicaiton and TCM application therapy for phlebitis. Methods： During March 2011 -June 2013 in our hospital,62 patients with phlebitis all caused by intrave- nous infusion, according to the random number table,were randomly divided into two groups：the observation group and the control group. Control group wa~ treated with 50% magnesium sulfate for wet application for 7 h every time, once a day and a course of treatment was 5 times. The observation group used TCM application, once a day, each time for 7 h and one course of treatment was 5 times. The general information between two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate （96.77%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that （74.20%） of control group and there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In observation group, the average number of days to be cured （3.42 d） was significantly shorter than that of the control group （4.20 d） and there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： TCM application and magnesium sulfate wet application in the treatment of phlebitis have significant clinical efficacy and the number of days to be cured is short. The clinical application of TCM herbs application on phlebitis has important clinical value and is worthy of promotion.
