中医手法联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医手法联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年10月—2013年10月收治的40例膝骨性关节炎患者作为观察对象,设为联合组,采用中医手法联合玻璃酸钠治疗方案,选择同期收治的40例膝骨性关节炎患者作为对照,设为对照组,采用单纯玻璃酸钠治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果、X线表现以及在2年期间复发情况。结果:治疗后,联合组总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组0级和Ⅰ级比例占95.0%,明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访患者1年及2年,其中联合组总复发率为7.5%,明显低于对照组的25.0%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿理疗手法对在治疗膝骨性关节炎患者有着显著的效果,其与玻璃酸钠联合治疗过程中,发挥了协同的作用,能够帮助患者早日恢复膝关节的正常功能。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of TCM combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treat- ment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods：40 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital as observation object in the united group which was treated with the manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sodium hyaluronate treatment. 40 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients at the same time were set as control group and treated by sodium hyaluronate. The clinical effects, X -ray findings and recurrence of 2 years were compared between two groups after treatment. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate in united group was 92.5 % , significantly higher than 77.5 % in control group and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The proportion of grade 0 and grade 1 in united group was 95% , obviously higher than 70% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients were followed up for 1 year and 2 years and the total re- lapse rate in the combined group was 7.5% ,significantly lower than 25% in the control group and the difference was sig- nificant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： Massage physiotherapy and manipulation treatment has a significant effect on patients with knee osteoarthritis. With the sodium hyaluronate treatment, it plays a synergistic effect and can help the patients to reco,Jer the normal function of the knee joint.
