摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀强化降脂治疗对降低老年急性冠脉综合征的影响。方法选取74例急性冠脉综合征患者的临床资料作为研究对象,按照随机分组的原则将之分为观察组和对照组各37例,其中对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,观察组加用瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗,观察并对比两组患者治疗结束后的各项数据及缺血情况的发生率。结果两组患者较治疗前均有所改善,但两组相比,观察组在总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及高敏C反应蛋白等降低水平明显优于对照组,且观察组的缺血事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上应用瑞舒伐他汀进行急性冠脉综合征的治疗有着显著的效果,能够更好地降低血脂和减轻炎性反应,同时明显抑制缺血事件的发生率,在安全性和治疗效果上都更加可靠,值得在临床上加以推广和应用。Objective To explore and study the effect of rosuvastatin intensive lipid-lowering treatment on reducing the elderly acute coronary syndrome. Methods Seventy-four patients with acute coronary syndrome were selected as the re- search objects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 37 cases. Of which the patients in the control group received conventional drugs treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin on the basis of the control group. The indexes and incidence of ischemia events of patients in the two groups were observed and compared after the treatment. Results Compared with before the treat- ment, the indexes of patients in the two groups improved obviously, but compared with the control group, the total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-sensitivity C reactive protein of the observation group deceased significantly, and the incidence of ischemia events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin in the clinical treatment of acute coronary syndrome has significant effect, and can better reduce the blood fat and inflammatory reac- tion, as well as inhibit the incidence of ischemia events significantly, and has more reliable safety and treatment effect, and it is worth to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
