优质护理理念在内瘘闭塞后溶栓治疗血液透析患者中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的 探究优质护理理念在内瘘闭塞后溶栓治疗血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用及效果.方法 采用不同护理模式指导下护理干预措施对我院2010年5月～2013年6月收治的50例内瘘闭塞后溶栓治疗血液透析患者进行护理,比较两组患者应用效果.结果 两组患者在再通率和再通时间上的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,观察组患者出血率低于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组患者SAS标准分低于对照组[（41.29±3.28）vs（48.78±3.42）,P＜0.05],观察组患者SDS标准分低于对照组[（41.51±3.35）vs（49.84±3.47）,P＜0.05],观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组（100.00％ vs 80.00％,P＜ 0.05）.结论 优质护理理念能够减少内瘘闭塞后溶栓治疗血液透析患者的并发症发生率,降低患者的焦虑抑郁程度和提高患者的护理满意度.Objective To explore the application and effect of high quality nursing concept in hemodialysis patients with internal arteriovenous fistula nursing and thrombolytic therapy after fistula occlusion. Methods Fifty hemodialysis patients with thrombolytie therapy after fistula occlusion in our hospital from May 2010 to June 2013 were cared by us- ing the nursing intervention measures under the guidance of different nursing modes, and the application effect of pa- tients in the two groups were compared. Results There were not significant difference in the recanalization rate and re- canalization time of patients between the two grouPs （P 〉 0.05）, the bleeding rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The SAS score of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [（41.29±3.28） vs （48.78±3.42）, P 〈 0.05], and the SDS score of patients in the observation group was lower too [（41.51±3.35） vs （49.84±3.47）, P 〈 0.05], while the patient＇s nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （100.00% vs 80.00%, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing con- cept can reduce the incidence of complications of hemodialysis patients with thrombolytic therapy after fistula occlu- sion, reduce the anxiety and depression level of patients and improve the patients＂ nursing satisfaction.
