通心络联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究通心络胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的疗效.方法 选取我院2010年1月～2013年1月的60例老年冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,按数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组予单硝酸异山梨酯40 mg/d口服,早晚2次;观察组予单硝酸异山梨酯20 mg/d口服,早晚2次,同时加用通心络胶囊口服,每次3粒,每日3次,疗程8周.结果 两组心绞痛疗效评定显示观察组无效2例,对照组无效9例,观察组治疗后的总有效率93.33％,对照组治疗后的总有效率70.00％,两组心绞痛患者治疗后的总有效率比较,差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.两组心电图疗效评估显示观察组无效4例,对照组无效9例,观察组治疗后的总有效率86.67％,对照组治疗后的总有效率70.00％,两组心绞痛患者治疗后心电图的总有效率比较,差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 通心络胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗老年冠心病心绞痛具有协同作用,二者联用较单独应用西医治疗更具优势.Objective To study the effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined isosorbide mononitrate tablets in treatment of elderly patients with angina peetoris effect. Methods Sixty patients in our hospital from January 2010 to 2013 January were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 30 patients, the control group were given mononi- trate polysorbate 40 mg/d orally, twice a day for morning and evening; treatment group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate 20 mg/d orally, twice a day for morning and evening, while the addition of Tongxinluo capsule orally, 3 capsules each time, three times a day for 8 weeks. Results Evaluation of therapeutic effects of angina pectoris in two groups angina displayed that 2 cases in vain in observation group, 9 cases in vain in the control group, the total effi- ciency of the observation group after treatment was 93.33%, while in the control group was 70.00%, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. ECG assessment displayed that 4 cases in vain in observation group, 9 cases in vain in the control group, the total effective of observation group after treatment was 86.67%, while in the control group was 70.00%, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with isosorbide mononitrate in treatment of senile coronary heart disease angina pectoris have synergy, the combination advantage more than western medicine treatment alone.
